Through unconventional mediums, create a typographic piece about something you struggle with.
A phrase I constantly hear in this field is that "everything's already been done." By constructing the word Original out of toilet paper, something quite unoriginal in form and function, in a handwritten font, something that initially was unique but has now become standardized, I embody the idea that it’s quite impossible to be original.
However, due to the medium, I am subtly defecating on this idea that everything has already been done. Because I believe the opposite: that human beings will always have the ability to invent and think creatively, which is inherently unique, inherently original.
